Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

Products are eligible for exchange only if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Original tags and packaging are intact

Exchange requests raised after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Return Policy

Currently, we do not offer returns for refund purposes unless:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive an incorrect item

In such cases, our team will verify the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged products

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact us with:

  • Clear images/video of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Exchange Approval & Processing

Once your request is approved:

  • Pickup arrangements may be made depending on service availability
  • Replacement products will be shipped after quality verification
  • Exchange processing may take 5–7 business days

Important Notes

  • Slight color variations may occur due to screen resolution and lighting during photography.
  • Minor irregularities in embroidery, print, or handcrafted details are natural characteristics of ethnic wear and should not be considered defects.
